General
You are welcome to visit Gallery G-77 during our regular opening hours without an appointment.
If you would like a more focused viewing, a private appointment, or to see specific works not currently on display, we recommend booking in advance.
Please contact us via the enquiry form, email, or phone, indicating your preferred date and time, as well as any artworks or artists of interest. We will be happy to arrange a viewing tailored to your visit.
Artworks can be acquired in several ways:

Yes. A selection of artworks is available for purchase through our online shop.
You can access it via the “Web Shop” section on our website.
Please note that not all artworks are listed online — many works are available upon request.
The Web Shop is an extension of the gallery space — a curated selection of artworks and objects that can be viewed and purchased online.
It allows collectors to engage with the program remotely, while maintaining a close connection to the gallery.
Our program includes unique works and exhibition-based pieces that may not be listed in the webshop.
For these works, we encourage direct contact so we can provide full context, condition details, and availability.

Yes. Gallery G-77 has presented online exhibitions and offers opportunities to view and purchase works remotely.
We can also arrange virtual viewings upon request.
Depending on the artist, works may include a certificate.
All artworks sold by Gallery G-77 are guaranteed authentic and come with gallery documentation.
Unless otherwise stated, works are sold unframed.
We can advise on framing upon request.
We do not directly install artworks.
However, we can recommend trusted professionals experienced in art handling and installation.
Yes. We arrange worldwide shipping with professional art handlers.
Shipping costs and timing depend on the artwork and destination.
All sales are generally final.
If there is a concern, please contact us and we will review each case individually.
Short-term reservations may be possible.

We also offer limited editions, depending on the artist’s practice.

Payment & Tax
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
If a price is shown without tax, this will be clearly indicated.
Gallery G-77 does not offer tax-free purchases.
We accept credit cards and bank transfer (Japan and international).
Additional payment methods may be available upon request.
In some cases, yes. We offer partial payment (installments) upon request — please contact us to discuss.
For purchases made outside the online shop, receipts are issued.
For online purchases, order confirmation and payment records are provided.
If a formal receipt is required, please contact us.
Full payment is required prior to shipment or collection, unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership of the artwork transfers only after full payment has been received.
Yes. Payments can be made via bank transfer in JPY or agreed currency.
Any bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
For transactions exceeding a certain threshold, we may request:
• identity verification
• valid identification documents
• confirmation of payment source
This follows Japanese regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
Shipping
Shipping is arranged by Gallery G-77 or in coordination with the collector.
Shipping costs, packing, and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
Artworks are released for shipment or collection after full payment has been received.
Shipping timelines vary depending on the artwork, destination, and required packing.
Delivery times depend on location and shipping method.
As a general guideline:
• Japan: approx. 2 days –2 weeks
• International: approx. 2–4 weeks
Delays may occur due to customs or logistics.
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping through professional art handlers and couriers.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and service charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Yes. Artworks can be collected from the gallery or storage location once ready.
Please arrange collection in advance.
If shipping is arranged by the purchaser, responsibility for the artwork during transit lies with the purchaser.
If shipping is arranged through the gallery, please contact us immediately and we will assist.
Insurance is typically arranged as part of the shipping process.
We recommend full insurance coverage, especially for high-value works.
Yes. Depending on the destination, additional costs may include:
• import duties
• local taxes
• customs handling fees
These charges are not included in the artwork price.
