Risako Yahagi

In Search of Fundamental and Primitive Beauty

When we sense through an isolated fragment the memory of its original entirety.

When an object through repetition loses its original symbolism and simplicity.

The object reveals itself as a new substance through which its original reason d'etre can be sensed.

I would like to form the outline with my hands, charge it with my emotions and memories and lead it to a pureness which is liberated from the creator's original purpose.
