Gallery G-77 and AMC Art & Mind Center present “Blossom and Free Form,” a solo exhibition by Swiss artist Stephan Spicher, on view from April 9 to April 21, 2026 at TOYO KITCHEN STYLE, Nagoya.

Spicher’s works explore the relationships between nature, materiality and surface. Working on reflective aluminum panels, the artist applies automotive lacquer and gold leaf, creating luminous compositions that evoke floral structures without referring to a specific species. Through contrasts of gloss and matte, transparency and opacity, precision and organic growth, his works reveal a refined visual language developed over decades of artistic practice.

Presented during the season of cherry blossoms, the exhibition invites visitors to experience a dialogue between Swiss contemporary art and Japanese aesthetic sensibility.

Special events include a Reception & Artist Talk on April 11 (16:00) and a talk event on April 17 (16:00) about the international contemporary art scene and Art Basel.

Organized by: Gallery G-77 (Kyoto) and AMC Art & Mind Center (Nagoya)
